Thank you for shopping at BubbleBeat. We want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as final sale drops or undergarments/tank tops due to hygiene reasons) may be exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges (Sizes & Colors)

  • Since our apparel features variable sizing and custom colorways (such as Jet Black, Charcoal Grey, and Pure White), we gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to stock availability.

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if using our prepaid return labels).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size or color variant), please contact us immediately with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue swiftly at no extra cost to you.
